These Terms and Conditions apply to any order placed on cookarium.com by a consumer (private individual not acting in a professional capacity).

2. Products
The products offered for sale on cookarium.com are kitchen gadgets and accessories. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page.
Photographs and illustrations are not part of the contractual scope. In the event of an error, Société AEBB cannot be held liable.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Société AEBB reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to the order is the one in force on the day the order is confirmed.
4. Order
Placing an order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The ordering process includes the following steps:
- Selection of products and addition to cart
- Review of cart contents
- Entry of delivery details
- Selection and confirmation of payment method
- Order confirmation
A confirmation email is sent upon order validation.
5. Payment
Payment is made online, securely, via our provider Stripe. Accepted payment methods are:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Bank details are encrypted and do not pass through our servers. Payment is debited at the time the order is confirmed.
6. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and run from the shipping confirmation. In the event of delay, Société AEBB cannot be held liable if the delay is due to a force majeure event.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
To exercise this right, contact us at: contact@cookarium.com indicating your order number.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned products, via the same payment method used when ordering.

All our products benefit from the following legal guarantees:
