1. Legal Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order, without having to give any reason.
2. How to Make a Return?
The process is simple and quick:
- Step 1 — Contact us by email at contact@cookarium.com indicating your order number and the item(s) to return
- Step 2 — We will send you the return instructions within 48 working hours
- Step 3 — Send the product back in its original packaging, in its original condition
- Step 4 — Once received and verified, we will process your refund
3. Return Conditions
Returned products must be:
- In their original condition, unused
- In their intact original packaging
- With all accessories and instructions included
Damaged, incomplete or clearly used products cannot be refunded.
4. Return Costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- Defective or non-compliant product
- Error on our part in the order shipped
5. Refund
The refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the return, via the same payment method used when ordering (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
6. Defective or Damaged Product
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at contact@cookarium.com with photos of the product. We will offer you the choice of:
- A replacement product at no additional cost
- A full refund
- A credit note valid on your next purchase
