Description
The clip-on silicone strainer that revolutionises draining
Draining pasta, vegetables or rice into the sink with a separate colander can be awkward, scalding and splashy. This clip-on silicone strainer clips directly onto the rim of your pot or pan with a universal adjustable clip. Simply tilt the pot over the sink – water drains cleanly without releasing the pasta.
- 🍳 Adjustable clip for pots and pans 16 to 28 cm
- ✅ Certified food-safe silicone, heat-resistant to 260°C
- 🔄 Direct draining: no second colander needed
- 💡 Foldable and compact for drawer storage
- 🧼 Dishwasher safe at all temperatures
Usage ideas in the kitchen
The clip-on strainer is versatile. Drain your fresh or dried pasta directly in the cooking pot. Rinse your cooked rice by tilting the pot under the tap. Drain steamed vegetables without transferring to an intermediate bowl. Filter your cooking stock for a clear sauce.
- 🍳 Pasta: drain directly in the pot without transfer
- 🥩 Rice: quick rinse under the tap
- 🥚 Steamed veg: drain without an intermediate bowl
- 🐟 Stock: filter for a clear sauce or soup
Usage tips and care
To attach correctly, open the clip fully, place on the pot rim and tighten until stable. Tilt slowly towards the sink – the strainer holds the food while the water drains. For very small foods (rice, semolina), tilt slightly rather than inverting completely.
- 🍳 Open the clip fully before attaching
- 🔄 Tilt gradually for controlled draining
- 💡 Do not strain with very heavy pots
- 🧼 Rinse in hot water then dishwasher
- ✅ Fold after use for compact storage
